Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026 (draft)
This Privacy Policy explains how DreamPrompting LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use promptgasm.pro and the Promptgasm AI studio. It also explains your privacy rights and choices. Promptgasm is available only to people who are at least 18, or the age of majority where they live if that age is higher.
Who is responsible for your data
DreamPrompting LLC is the operator of Promptgasm and the controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
DreamPrompting LLC 1121-1199 Broad St Collingdale, PA 19023 USA [email protected]
Information we collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of Promptgasm, and from service providers involved in authentication and payments.
– Account information: your email address, authentication information, email-confirmation status, account status, credit balance, and related account records. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive information needed to authenticate and connect your Google account to Promptgasm.
– Payment and credit information: information about credit-pack purchases, payment status, transaction records, credits added or used, and refunds made in credits for failed generations. Third-party payment processors process your payment details. We receive payment and transaction status information rather than using Promptgasm to process your payment card directly.
– Prompts and uploads: text prompts, images, photos, settings, and other material you submit to create or edit images and short videos.
– Results: images, short videos, and other results generated from your prompts or uploads. Results are stored in your private account library so you can view, download, and delete them.
– Usage information: information about how you use Promptgasm, including the tools and features you use, generation requests, failed or refused requests, credit usage, and interactions with the website.
– Device and technical information: device, browser, network, security, and similar technical data generated when you access or use the website.
– Support and legal messages: messages and other information you send when asking for support, exercising privacy rights, reporting content, submitting copyright or abuse complaints, or contacting us about legal matters.
– Cookie and local-storage information: session information, consent records, and, if you consent, information collected through analytics and advertising tools. See “Cookies and similar technologies” below.
Please do not include unnecessary personal information about yourself or another person in prompts or uploads. You may upload material depicting another person only if you have that person's consent and the right to use it.
How and why we use information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
– To create and manage your account, confirm your email address, authenticate you, provide starter credits, and keep you signed in.
– To process generation requests, send prompts and uploads to AI providers, deliver results, store results in your private library, and let you download or delete them.
– To process credit-pack purchases, record payment status, manage credit balances, deduct credits for generations, and automatically return credits for failed generations.
– To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve Promptgasm and its features.
– To screen prompts and uploads, refuse prohibited requests, investigate reports, enforce our terms and content rules, prevent misuse, and suspend accounts involved in violations.
– To respond to support, legal, privacy, copyright, and abuse messages.
– To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect legal rights, and report content involving minors to the appropriate authorities.
– To measure website use and advertising performance when you have consented to analytics or advertising technologies.
Legal bases for EU, EEA, and UK users
If the EU General Data Protection Regulation or UK data protection law applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases, depending on the purpose and circumstances:
– Contract: we process account information, prompts, uploads, results, usage information, payment status, and credit records when necessary to create your account, provide the generation tools and private library, process purchases, manage credits, and provide requested support.
– Legitimate interests: we process information where necessary for our legitimate interests or those of others, including securing and maintaining Promptgasm, preventing fraud and abuse, diagnosing failures, improving the service, enforcing our rules, responding to reports, and protecting users, DreamPrompting LLC, and the public. We consider the effect on your rights before relying on this basis.
– Legal obligations: we process and retain information when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, maintain legally required records, and make required reports to authorities.
– Consent: we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising technologies that are not strictly necessary. You can withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
Where more than one legal basis could apply, the basis used depends on the particular processing and its context. You may contact us for more information about the legal basis for a particular use of your information.
Your prompts, uploads, and results
Your prompts, uploads, and results are associated with your account. Generated content remains private in your library and is not made publicly available through Promptgasm. You can download or delete your creations, and deleting your account deletes your creations.
To provide the service, we transmit prompts and uploads to AI model and inference providers that process them to generate your requested results. These may include providers making models such as ByteDance Seedream and Alibaba Wan or Qwen available through inference services. These providers may process information outside your country.
Automated systems screen prompts and uploads for prohibited requests. Requests involving minors, real people without consent, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, deepfakes of real people, violence, hate, or illegal content may be refused. Violations may also result in removal or account suspension, and content involving minors is reported to the authorities.
Who receives information
We disclose information only as needed to operate Promptgasm, process your requests, protect the service, or comply with the law. Recipient groups include:
– AI model and inference providers, which receive prompts, uploads, settings, and related request information needed to generate images, videos, or edits.
– Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and protection services and processes website traffic and related technical information.
– Google, when you choose Google Sign-In, to authenticate your account and connect the sign-in process.
– Our hosting providers, which host the website, accounts, private libraries, and related service data.
– Our email-delivery providers, which deliver confirmation, account, support, and service messages.
– Our payment processors, which process payments for prepaid credit packs and provide us with payment and transaction status information.
– Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel, but only when those tools are enabled and you have given the required cookie consent. They receive website, device, usage, and advertising-related information collected through their technologies.
– Authorities, courts, law-enforcement bodies, and other legally authorized recipients when disclosure is required by law, necessary to respond to a valid request, or required for reports involving minors or other illegal content.
Service providers process information to perform their respective services. Some providers may also process information under their own privacy terms where applicable.
International data transfers
DreamPrompting LLC operates in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers, AI model providers, and inference providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.
When personal data protected by EU, EEA, or UK law is transferred to a country that has not been recognized as providing adequate protection, the transfer must use an applicable lawful safeguard. Depending on the transfer, these safeguards may include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, an applicable UK transfer mechanism, and supplementary protections where required. Transfers may also occur where another lawful exception applies.
You may contact us at [email protected] for more information about the safeguards relevant to your personal data.
Cookies and similar technologies
Promptgasm uses cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the website to operate, while optional analytics and advertising technologies run only after you consent through the cookie banner.
– Strictly necessary technologies: these support signed-in sessions, security, and storage of your cookie-consent record. They are used because they are necessary to provide the website and services you request.
– Analytics and advertising technologies: Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel run only if they are enabled and you have consented. They may collect website usage, device, technical, measurement, and advertising-related information.
You can accept or reject optional technologies through the cookie banner and can withdraw your consent at any time through the available cookie settings. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection through those tools but does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully. You can also control cookies through your browser, although blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of Promptgasm from working.
How long we keep information
We generally keep account information, prompts, uploads, results, usage records, and related service information for as long as your account exists and the information is needed to provide Promptgasm. You can delete individual creations from your library. Deleting your account deletes your creations.
We may keep certain information after account deletion where retention is required by law or needed to maintain legally required transaction records, respond to disputes or legal claims, enforce our agreements, prevent abuse, document consent choices, or respond to lawful requests. We do not assign a single retention period to every category because applicable legal and operational requirements differ.
When information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was retained, we delete or anonymize it as appropriate.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, protecting your account credentials, and promptly contacting us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Automated checks
Promptgasm uses automated checks to screen prompts and uploads and to refuse requests that appear to violate our content rules or the law. These checks support service safety and policy enforcement.
These automated checks are not intended to make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you. If you believe a request or account action was incorrect, contact [email protected] for review.
Rights of EU, EEA, and UK users
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have the following rights, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions:
– Access: ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy of it.
– Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
– Deletion: ask us to delete your personal data.
– Portability: ask for personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, where applicable, have it transferred to another controller.
– Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your personal data.
– Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests and to processing for direct marketing, if any.
– Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, including consent for optional analytics and advertising technologies.
– Complaint: lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred.
To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. These rights are not absolute, and we may decline or limit a request where permitted by law.
Rights of US state residents
Depending on your state, including California, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to:
– Know or confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain access to it.
– Request the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for processing it, and the categories of recipients.
– Correct inaccurate personal information.
– Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
– Obtain a portable copy of personal information you provided.
– Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain sharing used for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable.
– Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
– Appeal a refusal to act on a request where state law provides that right.
– Exercise your privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
We do not sell personal information. Optional advertising technologies, including Meta Pixel, may involve disclosures that qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or as targeted advertising under some US state laws. You can reject or disable these technologies through the cookie banner or cookie settings.
To submit a request, contact [email protected] and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and request. Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for you, but we may require proof of the agent's authority and verification of your identity.
Children's privacy
Promptgasm is not for anyone under 18. If the age of majority where you live is higher than 18, you must have reached that higher age to use the service. We do not knowingly permit children or other underage people to create accounts or use Promptgasm.
If we learn that an underage person has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete the account and associated information, subject to any legal duty to preserve or report information. If you believe an underage person has used Promptgasm, contact [email protected].
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Promptgasm, our data practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
