Content Policy
Last updated: October 2026 (draft)
This Content Policy explains what you may create or upload through Promptgasm, what is prohibited, and how DreamPrompting LLC handles moderation and reports. It applies to all prompts, uploads, images, videos, edits, and other uses of Promptgasm. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use the service.
What you can create
Promptgasm is an AI studio for creating images and short videos of fictional adults. Subject to this policy and applicable law, you may use text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, image editing, photoshoot, duo-scene, and video-restyle features for lawful creative work.
– Fictional characters who are clearly adults.
– Lawful fashion, portrait, fantasy, cinematic, editorial, and other creative concepts involving fictional adults.
– Images and videos created from text prompts that comply with this policy.
– Edits, photoshoots, and restyles using your own photos or material that you have permission to use.
– Duo scenes and other compositions that comply with the consent rules below.
Your creations remain private in your account library unless you download or otherwise use them outside Promptgasm. Private content must still comply with this policy.
What is never allowed
The following content and conduct are prohibited, regardless of whether the content is intended to remain private, is described as fictional, or is created for artistic purposes.
– Any depiction of a minor or of a person who appears, is described, or is presented as being under 18.
– Any age-ambiguous, childlike, or youth-coded person or scenario that suggests a minor.
– Any prompt, upload, edit, image, or video that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or otherwise involves a minor.
– A real person used without that person's consent.
– Non-consensual intimate imagery or any attempt to create intimate content about a real person without consent.
– Impersonation of a real person or a deepfake of a real person.
– Content involving violence.
– Content that promotes, expresses, or depicts hate.
– Content that is illegal to create, possess, upload, download, or use where you live or where the service is operated.
If content may reasonably be understood as involving a minor, it is prohibited. Describing a subject as an adult does not make the content acceptable when the subject's appearance, context, or other details suggest otherwise.
Consent rules for uploads and real people
You may upload a photo or other material depicting yourself. You may upload material depicting another person only if that person has given you consent to upload it and to use it for the specific creation you request.
Consent must come from the person whose face, body, or likeness is used. You are responsible for confirming that the person is an adult and has agreed to the relevant upload, editing, generation, and intended use.
– Do not upload a person's private, intimate, or identifying material without that person's permission.
– Do not use a person's face, body, likeness, or identity to create non-consensual intimate imagery.
– Do not use authorized source material to impersonate a person or create a prohibited deepfake.
– Do not misrepresent another person as having participated in, approved, or endorsed a scene or activity.
– Upload only material that you own or have the necessary permission and rights to use.
If you are unsure whether you have valid consent or sufficient rights, do not upload the material or create the content. You may be asked to provide information supporting your consent or rights when we investigate a report.
Copyright and other rights
You keep the rights you have in your uploads and receive the right to use your results, subject to this policy and applicable law. Promptgasm does not give you rights in another person's photograph, likeness, copyrighted work, or other protected material.
You must not upload or use material in a way that infringes another person's copyright or other legal rights. Downloading a result does not remove your responsibility to comply with the law or obtain any permissions needed for your intended use.
How moderation works
Promptgasm uses automated checks to screen prompts and uploads. A request may be refused when those checks identify prohibited or potentially prohibited content.
Automated checks may consider the words in a prompt and the material you upload. Changing wording, cropping an image, or using another feature does not make prohibited content acceptable.
We also review reports about suspected policy violations, consent problems, illegal content, and copyright infringement. Depending on the circumstances, we may refuse a request, restrict or remove content, or suspend an account.
Moderation systems cannot identify every possible violation. You remain responsible for every prompt and upload you submit and for how you use or distribute downloaded results.
How to report prohibited content
To report content or conduct that may violate this policy, email [email protected]. Include enough information for us to locate and assess the matter.
– Your name and an email address where we can contact you.
– A clear description of the content or conduct you are reporting.
– The relevant link, generation identifier, account information, or other available details that can help us locate the material.
– The part of this policy you believe has been violated and why.
– Any relevant screenshots or supporting information, provided that you have the right to send them.
– For a consent complaint, identify the person involved, explain your relationship to that person, and explain why you believe the content was created or used without consent.
Do not attach or forward suspected content involving minors. Instead, provide only the information needed to identify and locate it. Content involving minors will be reported to the authorities.
How to report a copyright problem
If you believe material associated with Promptgasm infringes your copyright, send a copyright complaint to [email protected]. A complete complaint helps us identify the work, locate the disputed material, and understand your authority to act.
– Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If the complaint covers multiple works, provide a representative list.
– Identify the disputed content and provide a link, generation identifier, screenshot, or other information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
– Explain why you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
– Provide your name and contact information.
– State that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
– State that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
– Include your physical or electronic signature.
A copyright complaint should concern rights that you own or are authorized to enforce. General content-policy concerns should be reported using the process in the previous section.
What happens after a report
We review reports and may request more information if we cannot locate the content, confirm the reporting person's authority, or evaluate the alleged violation.
We may assess the relevant prompt, upload, result, account activity, consent information, and other available details. Our response will depend on the facts, this policy, and applicable law.
If we determine that content violates this policy, we may refuse further generation, restrict or remove the content, or suspend the account involved. We may also take these steps while a serious report is being reviewed. Content involving minors is reported to the authorities.
Consequences of breaking these rules
Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:
– Refusal of a prompt, upload, edit, or generation request.
– Removal or restriction of prohibited content.
– Suspension of the account responsible for the violation.
Serious or repeated violations may result in broader restrictions or account suspension. The same consequences may apply when a person uses multiple prompts, uploads, or features to pursue prohibited content. Failed generation requests are handled under Promptgasm's applicable credit rules, but enforcement action does not create a right to a cash refund.
